All current and efficient formulas of the autogenic training (made in Germany) for holistic relaxation in 30 minutes. This compact relaxation exercise from SyncSouls is a great everyday companion for applying the autogenic training on a regular basis. It supports getting quickly into a deep and comprehensive relaxation. With the simple and memorable formulas of the Autogenic Training, body regions like arms, legs, stomach and face get into state of deep relaxation, the breathing and the heart rhythm will be stabilized. Furthermore, the focus is calming down of thoughts and a relaxed, deep well-being. Look forward to deep relaxed and stress free moments in your everyday life. The formulas are accompanied by a specially composed relaxation music in 432 Hz which is fine tuned on the content and has an additional releasing and stress relieving effect. For beginners we recommend our autogenic training 1. The autogenic training (also known as contrantrative self relaxation) is a worldwide established relaxation technique. The method was developed by the German (Berlin) psychiatrist Johannes Schulz in the 20s of the 20th century. The own body perception is trained and improves. Suggestive techniques are used for bringing off a relaxed muscular system and to feel it faster and more intense. With your own awareness, thus with your own suggestive (meaning self influencing) forces, you can induce your physical and mental relaxation. Autogenic Training is used preemptively for promotion of health but also as an accompaining relaxation technique in psychotherapeuthic treatment: blood flow disorders, gastro-intestinal diseases, sleep disturbances, softening and soothing the pain, depressive mood, cardiovascular disease (hypertonia, tinnitus, coronary heart diseases), asthma, anxiety. The method is applied in this audio book "Autogenic Training Complete" quite simply and classically along the whole body. 1. Language: English. Narrator: Colin Griffiths-Brown. The purpose of writing this book on floating drug delivery systems (FDDS) was to compile the recent literature with special focus on the principal mechanism of floatation to achieve gastric retention. The existing techniques of gastro retention and popular concepts related to floating formulation are conferred in this book. The book mainly cover specific area including the physiological and formulation variables affecting gastric retention, practical approaches used for designing of single-unit (Tablets) and various essential formulation aspects. The book also summarizes the in vitro studies to evaluate the performance and application of floating systems. Several problems associated with the development of floating tablet dosage form are also address in this book
The Liver of Dyspeptics - And particularly the cirrhosis produced by auto-intoxication of gastro-intestinal origin is an unchanged, high-quality reprint of the original edition of 1897.Hansebooks is editor of the literature on different topic areas such as research and science, travel and expeditions, cooking and nutrition, medicine, and other genres. As a publisher we focus on the preservation of historical literature. Many works of historical writers and scientists are available today as antiques only. The drugs incorporated in controlled release drug delivery systems shows variations in bioavailability due to their selective absorption from specific part of stomach and upper gastro-intestinal tract. In this book, various gastro-retentive approaches have been described for increasing therapeutic performance of drugs having absorption potential from stomach. A major focus has been given on the hydrodyanamically balanced systems, its formulation aspects and effects of excipients and processing parameters. The various types of gastro-retentive drug delivery systems have been well illustrated with diagrammatic illustrations wherever necessary. Also major attention has been given on evaluation of these drug delivery systems. The currently available gastro-retentive drug delivery systems in market have been described. The future potentials of these drug delivery systems have been presented. This book will be useful for the students at graduate level, post graduate students and research scholars for understanding the basics of gastro-retentive drug delivery systems.
One of the most feasible approaches for achieving a prolonged and predictable drug delivery profile in the GI tract is to control the gastric residence time (GRT) via gastroretentive drug delivery system which will provide us with new and important therapeutic options. Controlling the residence time of a drug delivery system in a particular region of GI tract can utilize several approaches which include floating drug delivery system, high density system and mucoadhesive system. Helicobacter pylori bacteria are the causative agents of gastric ulcers.Certain conventional dosage forms fail to eradicate the bacteria from the stomach so a novel drug delivery system is the need of the hour for proper elimination of these bacteria locally as well as systemically. The gastro retentive systems can be the remedy and the substitute for the conventional dosage forms, which will have more rationality with excellent efficacy towards the eradication of H.pylori infections. The focus of the research work in this book is to formulate, evaluate and optimize the newer gastro retentive dosage forms of various approaches.
This book compared the effectiveness of sequential therapy to standard triple therapy in the eradication of Helicobacter Pylori which is the main known cause of gastritis gastro-duodenal ulcer disease and gastric cancer. However, after more than 20 years of experience in H. pylori treatment, the ideal regimen to treat this infection has still to be found. Currently, apart from having a good knowledge of first-line eradication regimens, clinicians involved in the treatment of diseases caused by this pathogen must also be prepared to accept failures. Therefore, those involved in the design of a treatment strategy should not focus on the results of primary therapy alone, but also the make choices regarding a 'rescue' based on the overall eradication rate. According to several international guidelines, the first-line therapy for treating H. pylori infection consists of a proton pump inhibitor with any of two antibiotics, given for a 7-14 day period. However, even with these recommended regimens, H. pylori eradication failure is still observed in more than 20% of patients, and the failure rate of first-line therapy may be higher in clinical practice. Therefore, an alternative sequen
